Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us, and we want this to be easy to understand.
1. Who we are
buildweb.agency
Accra, Ghana
Email: hello@buildweb.agency
Website: https://buildweb.agency
2. Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA ("Vercel"). When you visit this site, Vercel processes technical data — including your IP address — to deliver the page to your browser. We don't have access to this data ourselves; it's handled entirely by Vercel to make the site work. This processing is necessary for the site to function and is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. You can read Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
3. How we see people are using our site
We use Vercel's built-in analytics to see how people find and use this site — things like which pages get visited and roughly how many people are visiting. This is just basic activity logs, not personal tracking — it doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you as a person.
4. Getting in touch
If you contact us, we process whatever you send us — your name, email address, and the details of your message — solely to respond and discuss a potential project.
If that conversation turns into a project, we keep using the information you've shared with us — your contact details, project requirements, files, and feedback — only to do the work you've hired us for: planning, building, and communicating with you about your site.
We keep this information for as long as we're actively working together, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you need support or come back for future work. If we're legally required to keep certain records for longer — invoices for tax purposes, for example — we only keep what the law requires and nothing more. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask.
4.1 Email
You can reach us directly at hello@buildweb.agency. Messages sent there are delivered and stored through our email provider, and are only ever read by us.
4.2 Scheduling with Cal.com
The "Schedule a call" button on this site uses Cal.com, a scheduling service. When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email address, and the time you select in order to arrange the meeting and send you a confirmation. This processing is handled by Cal.com on our behalf. You can read Cal.com's privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
4.3 Newsletter
If you subscribe for updates on new work, we collect your email address to send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by asking us directly at hello@buildweb.agency.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over data we hold about you, including asking what we have, asking us to correct it, or asking us to delete it. To exercise any of these, just email us at hello@buildweb.agency and we'll sort it out.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the tools behind it change. The version above applies from the date at the top of this page.
